Our project wasn't small by any means. A single side wrap around extension, rear kitchen extension, loft conversion and full house refurbishment, including new electrics and plumbing. I needed a builder I could trust to deliver the project on time and on budget. Jag made sure everything was included in the quote and was happy to arrange visits for us to see projects he was handling at the time. When work started, I was surprised how quickly things moved. His team & contacts are great, they worked extremely hard to make the tough deadline.

We would 100% recommend Jag and his team. We had our entire house renovated with a double storey extension last year. At the initial meeting we developed a sense of confidence in him and could see that he had thorough knowledge of the work needed, with the organisational set-up to deliver on time. During the entire project, he and his team were extremely professional and communicative and there was total teamwork between us. He liaised with the neighbours, got all inspections done and obtained all approvals on time. To top it all, he handed over the completed project two weeks before the due date, finished to a high level, and gave excellent service even after handing over.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a big Thank You to Jagbir and his team at Shah Design & Build for the amazing extension and refurbishment they did at our property in Ickenham.
We had a single storey rear extension and side-garage conversion, new electricals and plumbing, open-plan kitchen, three bathrooms, utility room plus new doors and windows, skimming and decorating along with underfloor heating. He managed to complete in just over three months. His team is very hard working and stayed late several times to complete their tasks. Jag is very professional, and he understood our needs, accommodating last minute changes to the designs. We are very pleased with the work and finish.

Quick, efficient and seamless
We are only in week 4 and have almost completed the full exterior of the property! I can honestly say we are really blown away by how quick, efficient and seamless the process has been up until now. All credit goes to Jag for taking all the stress out of the project for us. Any concerns or questions are always addressed immediately and where possible decision making made easier due to his experience and reassurance of what option would work best. Everything is always explained in a professional and reassuring way. I would also like to mention the whole team who all work well together in a considerate manner with the neighbours too.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the excellent work Shah Builders (Mr Jagbir) carried out, building a rear extension to our house in Ruislip. We have been delighted with the quality of the work and the reliability of the team. An excellent job has been completed, on budget and ahead of schedule, despite the pandemic situation of COVID-19.
Inevitably, with every build project, a few unforeseen issues and changes arose, and these were dealt with promptly and professionally. We appreciated the good advice Jagbir gave us on a couple of decisions that we needed to make.

I am impressed with all the materials used – everything was top grade and branded as promised by your company. There was no compromise on material quality .
